Jiaguo Li , male, 1967.10, CPC member, intermediate engineer.

Graduated from Jingzhou Agricultural Machinery School, nearly 20 years of experience in waterproofing enterprises, and with the title of intermediate accountant, one of the founders of Xincheng waterproofing.

Joined the company in 2005, he has served as finance director, production manager, and now is the deputy director of technical research and development. Mr. Li Jiaguo obtained 19 national invention patents for waterproof materials and production equipment during his term as director of technical research and development.
